# Can Big Digital Download app stamp my PDF?

Yes you can watermark any PDF thanks to our built-in watermark feature. 

Click on the Settings tab of the app then adapt the stamping to your needs :)

Also the app can only stamp a pdf. It can not stamp a pdf inside a .zip folder.

Make sure **you are not using** the option called **"download all at once"** otherwise the feature will not stamp your pdf.

Make **sure you use "download files individually"** on the digital product.

### Steps to watermark your PDF using Big Digital Downloads stamping feature:

1. In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left hand panel and click on **Apps.**
2. Click on **Big Digital Download.**
3. Click click on **Settings.**
4. In **General settings** scroll down till you see **PDF stamping** and **set to Yes**

**Stamp text:** You can use {shop}, {order-number}, {order-name}, {customer-email} & {customer-name} as variables.

**Stamp Placement:  Determines where the stamp will be placed**
