# how can I resend the digital download link to the customer?

Steps to reset the digital download link (the download email) to a customer:

1. In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left hand panel and click on **Apps.**
2. Click on **Big Digital Download.**
3. Click on **Orders**
4. Click on **Resend email** on the order you want to resend
