# Can we import digital products from another app such as filemonk or Digital Download by Shopify?

### Easily Migrate Your Digital Products

If you're currently using another digital delivery app like **Filemonk** or **Digital Downloads by Shopify**, you can now import your existing digital products into **Big Digital Download** in just a few steps. This makes the transition to our platform smoother and faster, without the need to recreate each product manually

Make sure all your files have been uploaded in the **Files** section before starting the import process.

### Steps to Import Using the Bulk Upload Tool

1. Open the **Big Digital Download** app in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the **Digital Products** section.
3. Click the **Create in bulk** button.

4. Download the **.csv** template file provided in **Bulk import templated**.
5. Follow the instructions included in the file to properly format your product data.

6. Once your file is ready, upload it back through the same **Create in bulk** section to import your digital products.
