Import your previous orders into Big Digital Download

If you're switching to Big Digital Download from another digital delivery app, you can easily bring your past orders with you. This will ensure all your previous digital sales are visible and manageable from one place

Orders are imported in batches of up to 1,200 orders at a time. If you have more than 1,200 orders, you’ll need to repeat the process until everything is fully imported.

Steps to Import Orders:

1. Open the Big Digital Download app in your Shopify admin.

2. Go to the Orders section

3. Click the Import Past Orders button

1. Wait for the system to process the batch. You can refresh the page to view the process until it is complete.

The import process might take several minutes depending on the size of your order history. Please wait until each batch is complete before starting the next.
