### Ongoing Download Problems in Spain

If you or your customers are based in Spain and are experiencing issues downloading digital products via **Big Digital Download**, this is likely due to a **government-level block on Cloudflare servers**.

This restriction is impacting a large number of websites that rely on Cloudflare's infrastructure — including our app. When attempting to download a file, you may even see a message explaining that the **Liga (LaLiga)** has triggered this access limitation.

#### How to Resolve It (For Now)

* **Try a VPN**: Use a VPN set to a country outside of Spain to bypass the restriction.
* **Switch Networks**: A mobile data connection may work better than standard Wi-Fi connections affected by the block.
