# How to Modify the Availability of Your Service

### Easily customize when your service is available for booking

In this guide, you’ll learn how to change the days, hours, and time slots during which your service can be booked. Adjusting availability is essential when your schedule changes or you want to offer specific time ranges for customers. This setting ensures that your calendar accurately reflects when you're ready to accept bookings.

### Go to Service Settings

To begin, go to:

1. **Apps** in your Shopify Admin.
2. Open the **Cowlendar Dashboard**.
3. Navigate to **My Services**.
4. Click the **Edit** button on the service you want to investigate.

### Availability Settings

1. Click on your existing availability setup to edit it.
2. You can modify the days of the week by selecting or deselecting them, selected days will appear with a green background.
3. You can also adjust the time slots to better match your availability. Just make sure the time slots align with your service’s meeting duration. For example, if you set a time slot from 10:00am to 11:00am but your meeting duration is 120 minutes, that time will not be bookable

Any availability changes you make will not affect existing confirmed bookings. Those will remain untouched, and only future availability will be impacted.
{% endhint %}

Adjusting your availability is quick and flexible. Whether you're updating your working days, adjusting time slots, or changing your service duration, you’re always in control. Just remember to align your settings properly to make sure your services stay visible and bookable.
