On this app, you can create a digital product out of one of your Shopify product and attach one or several files to it.

### So how does it work?

As soon as someone purchases the Shopify product they will receive the digital product that is linked.

### **How will the digital product be delivered?**

There are 3 ways your customers can download the digital product through.

**A.** Your customer will receive an email as soon as the product is purchased. If you don't receive email,[ click here](/big-digital-download/most-asked-questions/customer-dont-receive-their-files-through-email-why.md)

**B.** Your customer should be able to download it from the "Thank you" page as soon as the product is purchased.&#x20;

**C.** You customer can also access the download from the Custom accounts page by clicking on that order. In the Order status page there will be a download button
