# Can I change the design of the email?

Unfortunately, no but you can add some css/html to the email body text found in Apps > Big Digital Download > Settings > Translations

Why it is not more customizable than that? We prioritize ensuring that our communications reach you promptly and securely. 

While we understand the appeal of personalized email designs, our decision to standardize our email layout was a deliberate one. 

By maintaining a consistent design, we uphold our domain's reputation, drastically reduce the risk of our emails being flagged as spam, and ensure the highest deliverability rates. 

Our primary aim is to guarantee that our communications are both reliable and trustworthy, ensuring that you always receive the information you need without any hindrance
