Well according to our customers "By staggering appointments, you can prevent an overlap of too many customers at once, avoiding congestion, reduce staff costs and creating a smoother experience. Eg offering two bookings from 12:00-13:00 and then the next two more from 12:15-13:15 (instead of four appointments at once) with buffers allows for better management of customer flow, ensuring no overcrowding in the waiting area."
No but we plan on having it by Q1 2025 if all goes well!
