This is a Premium feature of Cowlendar. You need to upgrade your plan if you want to use this feature and you are a free user of Cowlendar.

Will my customers receive reminders before the booking takes place?

No they will not unless you set email reminders.

Here's how to set email reminders

Step 1 : Click on My Services

Step 2 : Click on Edit

Step 3 : scroll near the bottom and click on Add a reminder.

Step 4 : hit save!
