⛔When a customer cancels an appointment, do they get refunded?
If you or your customer cancel the appointment, Cowlendar does not automatically refund your customer. You'll have to do it manually from the order tab on Shopify.
Also if you cancel the order on Shopify, the booking is not automatically canceled. You'll have to manually cancel it on Shopify
