This is a Premium feature of Cowlendar. You need to upgrade your plan if you want to use this feature and you are a free user of Cowlendar.
Deposits are a great way to make sure you can collect payments upfront and protect against no shows!
Steps for enabling deposits on Cowlendar:
On Shopify admin dashboard look at the left side and click on Apps.
Click on Cowlendar.
Click on My Service.
Click Edit on the service you want to enable deposits on.
Click on the Payment Tab.
There you will see the Deposit section.

Highly recommend you keep deposit mode on Selling plans which will allow you to automatically send out the invoice before/after a specific amount of time!
When people pay, they'll see the deposit on the checkout page
IF using draft mode
Once the customer has checked out paying only the deposit, you'll see a button "invoice remaining balance". As soon as you click this button, your customer will receive an official Shopify email with invoice asking them to complete their purchase.
Click on "orders" then on "draft" and you'll see the invoices that need to be paid there. You can also click on the Draft Order and from there you'll be able to "resend invoice" and/or to collect payment.
