How can we have our bookings sync into our google calendar

This is a Premium feature of Cowlendar. You need to upgrade your plan if you want to use this feature and you are a free user of Cowlendar.
Cowlendar has the ability to connect and sync with your google calendar. By default Cowlendar will sync all bookings into google calendar. If you enabled 2-way sync then all events/tasks in your google calendar will be used to block dates/times inside of your cowlendar calendar.
Important things to understand about google calendar:
The first google account connected to Cowlendar admin will act as the super admin
All additional google accounts connected to each teammate will basically work in synchonization with the google account in Cowlendar admin.
You can think of the google account in Cowlendar admin as the host gmail and the one that everything will be managed through.
Changing the main Cowlendar admin email will cause issues in importing existing bookings. This is because google does not allow the transfer of events from one gmail to another for security reasons
Steps to link Cowlendar to Google/Gmail
In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on the Apps.
Click on Cowlendar.
Click on Team.
Click Connect Google on Cowlendar admin.
You may want to enable 2-way sync which is shown AFTER connecting your google account. This will make it so that any google event/task in your google calendar will cause Cowlendar to block the specific date/time
