# I provide a in-home service, how do I ask for the customer address?

### **Steps to provide an in home service and ask for the customer address**

1. In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on the **Apps.**
2. Click on **Cowlendar.**
3. Click on **My Service.**
4. Click **Edit** on the service you want to ask a question for.

5. Click on the **Advanced** tab.

6. Scroll down until you see **Custom question.**
7. Click on **Add a question.**

6. For Field type **select text Field.**
7. **Set the Label** to ask them for their address (for example "What is your address?").
8. Click save :innocent:.
