📮How does POS work on Cowlendar?

The Shopify POS system is what allows you to collect payment in person on a physical system. With Cowlendar you can also accept bookings in person (and have them pay).

Shopify is known for having a great POS system due to it's functionality. Now with Cowlendar you can accept bookings and payments through this physical in person system!

This is great if you are a:

• Medical Spa

• Salon

• Barber

• Or any business that tends to book followup appointments

Steps to setting up Cowlendar in the Shopify POS system:

1. Make sure you have your services setup and things working as expected before getting POS setup.

2. Download the official Shopify POS application.

1. Open the Shopify POS Application on your device.

2. Sign into Shopify and Select your store which has Cowlendar installed

3. Add a tile to your POS System

   1. There are two Cowlendar tiles you can add

      1. Cowlendar POS tile

         1. You would be limited to the features of the Cowlendar POS integration which only allows manual bookings and collection of payment

      2. Cowlendar Website view

         1. This tile will basically allow you to see Cowlendar almost exactly like you would in the regular shopify admin

         2. This is how you can see all of your bookings inside of the Shopify POS (by going to the bookings tab)

4. POS system is now ready to be used in person!
