Cowlendar now supports Availability per Equipment, a powerful feature designed to help you manage reservations for physical resources more efficiently. Whether you rent gear, rooms, or vehicles, this setup gives you full control over when and how each item is booked.

This feature is ideal for businesses that manage physical items or spaces that must be booked independently. Instead of using general availability, you can link your service directly to specific equipment with its own availability calendar.

⚙️ How to Configure Equipment-Based Availability

Follow these steps to enable equipment-based availability in your multiday service:

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard

  2. Click on Apps in the left sidebar.

  3. Select Cowlendar from your list of installed apps.

  4. Inside Cowlendar, go to My Services.

  1. Find the service you want to edit and click Edit.

  2. Navigate to the Availability tab within the service editor.

  3. Under Availability Mode, select Availability per Equipment.

  4. A new section called Equipments will appear. Click Add Equipment.
